For Purchase

(2) Your payment amount is safe. When you make a purchase on any of ITGearBest platforms, we ensure that your privacy, including personal and bank card information, is not compromised.

The amount you pay at checkout does not include tax, and the general price is the EX price. You can refer to Taxs Customs Duties for details.

We currently support Wire Transfer, PayPal

For new clients without prior cooperation, we normally only support full payment in advance. Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfer and PayPal.

After we have completed a few orders together, we can consider offering a credit term of 7–30 days based on your subsequent order volume. Please note that your company will be required to provide the necessary corporate information for credit evaluation.

All our products come directly from authorized distributors or regional agents of their respective brands. ITGearBest itself is also an authorized partner of brands such as Cisco and Dell. We are committed to providing our customers with a convenient one-stop IT procurement service; all equipment is brand new and sealed, original from the brand.

All goods can buy service from local market, because we can offer goods are smartnet free (Clean serial number).

ITGearBest cooperation with FEDEX,UPS & DHL and air shippment. Orders can be tracked by express Tracking number. Air shipment will supply the B/L.

If you do not want to clear customs yourself, or do not have customs clearance qualifications, we can also provide you with DDP (door-to-door) delivery, and you only need to wait at the delivery address.
